Brief Introduction
1.White Fused Alumina for abrasive
This kind of White Fused Alumina electrically fused in arc furnace with high grade processed alumina as raw material. It has higher hardness and slight lower toughness comparing with brown fused alumina. It is also characterized by its high purity, ability of self-sharpening, better cutting, less heat emit, higher efficiency, acid and alkali resistance, good thermal stability. As the abrasive materials, it is suitable for grinding high-speed, high carbon steel, as loose grains, it widely used for bonded and coated abrasives , polishing, precision casting and so on.
2.White Fused Alumina for refractory
Comparing with brown fused alumina. It is also characterized by its high purity, acid and alkali resistance, good thermal stability. It's the high grade refractory materials.

Thanks to the superior toughness of white aluminum oxide, this abrasive is successfully used for blasting operations that require great strength and high speed work.
The white aluminum oxide is highly pure, therefore it is ideal for surfaces that do not allow transfer with other substances during the blasting operation: stainless steel, alumina, copper.
This abrasive is manufactured from artificial corundum by fusion operations. The particles are very tough and sharp, having high cutting speed and efficient cleaning properties. The aluminum oxide particles produce an etch finish: the fine particles produce a dull matt finish and the rough particles produce a rough etch. This material is used both for dry blasting and also for wet blasting.
The aluminum oxide is successfully used for cleaning operations, etching, descaling, deburring, coating removal and surface preparation for future anti-corrosion treatments with primer and paint, at the highest quality standards.Production Process
